Delete Your Account
You can delete your Proximity account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
Fastest
- Open the Proximity app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
or
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days. Include the email address associated with your account.
Request via Email
⚠️ Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, friends, group memberships, and other account data from our servers. This cannot be recovered. Your encounter history is saved on your phone only, so delete the app or clear its data to remove it.
